Day 1, Monday, Arrival Ljubljana
Morning arrival to Ljubljana airport and transfer to your hotel in Ljubljana. After accommodation at your hotel you will be welcomed by your tour director and start a sightseeing tour of Ljubljana. You will enjoy the picturesque capital of Slovenia and walk through the old town between river Ljubljanica and the castle hill. Dinner at local restaurant. Overnight in Ljubljana. (D,O)

Day 2, Tuesday, Postojna / Lipica / Piran
The day is reserved for the Karst region. Visit Postojna Cave and continue to Predjama medieval castle perched in the middle of a cliff. Continue to Lipica stud farm to watch the Lipizzaner horses. Continue to Slovenian coast. Dinner at local restaurant. Overnight in Piran (B,D,O)

Day 3, Wednesday, Piran / Portoroz / Goriska Brda
Morning tour of Piran followed with the visit of Portorož, very popular resort and then continue to Sečovlje Salt -pans. We will turn inland, to the vineyard region of Goriška Brda where you will have the possibility to taste local cuisine and wines. Overnight in Nova Gorica (B,D,O)

Day 4, Thursday, Soca Valley / Bled
Morning drive upstream the emerald green Soča river, through Kobarid (mentioned in Hemmingway’s Farewell to Arms) and visit of the FWW1 museum. After the visit you will travel to Bled and end the day in this peaceful town beautifully situated in the Alps. Dinner at a local restaurant. Overnight in Bled. (B,D,O)

Day 5, Friday, Bled
A sightseeing tour of Bled features the charming town with the lakeshore, and imposing Bled Castle, perched on a cliff high above the lake. You will also have the possibility to take a boat ride to the island in the lake of Bled, visit the baroque church and toll the bell. In the afternoon drive to one of the oldest towns in Slovenia, Škofja Loka. The medieval town core rises above the confluence of the two Sora rivers and above it is the medieval castle. Dinner at local restaurant. Overnight in Bled. (B,D,O)

Day 6, Saturday, Bled / Bohinj
The day is reserved for the other alpine beauty – the lake Bohinj. The route will take you to Stara Fuzina where you will visit the Sheppard’s museum and taste the best Slovenian cheese. Return to Bled. Rest of the day is at leisure. Dinner at local restaurant. Overnight in Bled. (B,D,O)

Day 7, Sunday, Ljubljana
After breakfast you will be transferred to Ljubljana airport for your flight. (B)
