Day 1, Arrival Athens, Greece
Meet at Athens airport and transfer to hotel. Remainder of day at leisure. Athens is an amazing city to discover on your own with its numerous museums, archaeological sites, parks, hills and the shopping areas of Kolonaki, Hermou, Voukourestiou street, Monastiraki and Plaka. Overnight in Athens Hotel. (O)

2, Athens, Greece
After breakfast, pickup from the hotel for your half-day morning tour. See Syntagma Square, the House of Parliament, the Memorial to the Unknown Soldier, the National Library, Hadrian’s Arch, the Temple of Olympian Zeus, and the Panathenaic Stadium where the first Olympic Games of the modern era were held in 1896. On the Acropolis visit the architectural masterpieces of the Golden Age of Athens: the Propylaea, the Temple of Athena Nike, the Erectheion and finally “the harmony between material and spirit”, the Parthenon. Visit the New Acropolis museum that hosts the incredible art samples of different eras of Athens and the replica of Parthenon (Mondays closed) . Remainder of the day at leisure. Overnight in Athens Hotel.

3, Piraeus, Aegina, Poros, Hydra, Greece
Breakfast at your hotel. Pickup from the hotel and transfer to the port of Piraeus, embarkation to the cruise boat, for a full day cruise to the three Saronic islands of Aegina, Poros, and Hydra. Each of the three islands has a different in character. Lunch served on board. Arrive back at the port in the evening and transfer to your Athens hotel. Overnight.

Day 4, Epidaurus, Nafplion, Mycenae, Olympia, Greece
After breakfast, pickup from the hotel. Depart Athens and stop to see the Corinth Canal. Drive to visit the ancient theatre of Epidaurus, famous for its acoustics. See the town of Nafplion before arriving in Mycenae which, according to legend, was built by Perseas who brought Cyclopes from Asia. Visit the Lion's Gate, the Cyclopean Walls, and the Royal Tombs of Agamemnon, the leader of the Greeks during the Troy War. Continue across the central Peloponnese to Olympia, the cradle of the Olympic Games. From here, the original Olympic Flame begins its journey to the Olympic Games every four years. Dinner and overnight in the hotel in Olympia. (B,D,O)
Day 5, Olympia, Patras, Delphi, Greece
After breakfast, visit the archaeological site with the Sanctuary of Olympian Zeus, the Ancient Stadium and the Archaeological museum. Then drive north to Patras and cross the new bridge over the Corinthian Bay from Rion to Antirion. Continue via the towns of Nafpaktos and Itea to Delphi. Dinner and overnight in the hotel in Delphi. Day 6, Delphi, Arachova, Athens, Greece
After breakfast, visit the archaeological site of Delphi on the slopes of Mt. Parnassus. See the Sanctuary of Apollo Pythios, and the museum. In the afternoon, depart for Athens via the picturesque village of Arachova and the towns Levadia and Thebes. Overnight in Athens, hotel. (B,O)
Day 7, Depart Athens, Greece
After Breakfast in the hotel you'll be transferred to the airport in time for your departing flight. (B)
