Day 1, Saturday, Arrival Dubrovnik, Croatia

Day 2, Sunday, Dubrovnik, Croatia
After breakfast at your hotel you'll begin a morning walking tour of "Old Dubrovnik" including the Rector’s Palace, Bell Tower clock, Orlando’s Column and the Sponza Palace. You will also see the Dominican Monastery and Franciscan Monastery with it’s pharmacy, one of the oldest in the world. The rest of the day is at leisure to enjoy the ambience in a sidewalk cafe where people watching is a local custom. Overnight Dubrovnik. (B,O)
Day 3, Monday, Split, Croatia
Breakfast at your hotel. This morning we depart Dubrovnik and travel north along the spectacular Adriatic coast, past old fishing villages and new resorts, to Split. Enjoy a city tour featuring the historic inner city, built around Roman Emperor Diocletian’s Palace, a UNESCO World Cultural Heritage site. See remnants of Split’s Roman heritage, its Renaissance and Gothic structures, Jupiter’s Temple, the Peristyle and the Cathedral. Dinner and overnight Split. 227 km

Day 4, Tuesday, Trogir / Plitvice Lakes, Croatia
After breakfast, we head north along the coast to Trogir, the center of artistic activities, where scholars from around the world gather to study and paint. We then journey inland to the beautiful UNESCO protected Plitvice Lakes National Park. Upon arrival, have your camera ready and take a walking tour around several of the lower lakes. Enjoy the breathtaking scenery of this natural wonder of 16 terraced lakes surrounded by thickly wooded mountains and lush vegetation. Dinner and overnight. 317 km

Day 5, Wednesday, Opatija, Croatia / Postojna Caves / Bled, Slovenia
Breakfast at your hotel and we drive back to the coast traveling along the beautiful bay of Kvarner to its popular resort, Opatija - often described as the Nice of the Adriatic. After some free time, journey north to Postojna, home to one of the largest caves in Europe. Tour the fantastic subterranean world by miniature electric train. Day 6, Thursday, Lake Bled, Slovenia
Breakfast at your hotel.
Afterwards begin the morning sightseeing
tour featuring the charming town of Bled wrapped
around the lakeshore. Enjoy the imposing view from
the 10th century Bled Castle, perched on a cliff
high above the lake. Balance of the day is at leisure
for optional activities, such as visiting the old
church on a small island in the middle of the lake
by gondola. The church houses a collection of a
religious art and the superstitious "wishing

Breakfast at your hotel. We begin with a short drive to Ljubljana, the capital of Slovenia. The walking tour includes the most significant sights of the old city centre: the picturesque Central open-air Market and the Three Bridges, both designed by famous architect Joze Plecnik, Baroque Town Hall and Robba's Fountain.
