Day 1, Wednesday - Arrival Zagreb, Croatia
You will be met at the airport and transferred to your hotel. The day is at leisure until a welcome dinner. (D,O)
Day 2, Thursday - Zagreb, Croatia
A morning sightseeing tour will take you along the historic Upper Town. See St. Mark's Church, the Cathedral, the Parliament and the Government Palace. The rest of the day is at leisure to explore the winding streets of the old town or take an optional excursion to the countryside. (B,O)
Day 3, Friday - Plitvice National Park / Split, Croatia
Journey south, and visit Plitvice Lakes National Park, listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Have your camera ready while you take a walking tour around several of the lower lakes. Enjoy the breathtaking scenery of this natural wonder with 16 terraced lakes surrounded by thickly wooded mountains and lush vegetation. After your visit, drive southbound to Split.(B,O)
Day 4, Saturday - Split, Croatia / Embarkation
Today begins with a walking tour of the historic inner city, built around the Roman Emperor Diocletian's Palace, a UNESCO World Cultural Heritage site. See the remnants of Split's Roman heritage, its Renaissance and Gothic structures, Jupiter's Temple, the Peristyle and the Cathedral. Time on your own, until embarkation. Tonight, join your fellow 'sailors'at dinner on board. Overnight on board. (B,D,O)
Day 5, Sunday - sail to Brac and Makarska, Croatia
Breakfast on board. Morning departure to Brac Island, largest island in Dalmatia. Its tallest peak, Vidova Gora, or Mount St. Vid, stands at 778 m, making it the highest island point in the Adriatic. Enjoy the pleasant sea front promenade walk and swim. Lunch on board. From Brac Island sail to Makarska on the mainland. The city is noted for its palm-fringed promenade, where fashionable cafés, bars and boutiques overlook the pretty harbor with its many moored pleasure crafts. (B,L,O)
Day 6, Monday - sail to Korcula, Croatia
After breakfast departure to Korcula Island, with a stop en route for swimming and relaxing. Lunch on board, late afternoon arrival to Korcula, the acclaimed birthplace of the famous explorer Marco Polo. Korcula Town is a typical medieval walled Dalmatian city, with its round defensive towers and cluster of red-roofed houses. Your walking tour of the walled town, includes a visit to the Cathedral, followed by the rest of day by leisure to enjoy the lively evening. (B,L,O)
Day 7, Tuesday - sail to Dubrovnik, Croatia
Morning departure from Korcula to Dubrovnik with a stop en route for swimming. Lunch on board. In the afternoon arrival in the famous city of Dubrovnik, the pearl of Adriatic, listed as a UNESCO's World Heritage site. There is a walking tour of 'Old Dubrovnik' this afternoon, that includes the Rector's Palace, Bell Tower Clock, Orlando's Column and the Sponza Palace. You will also see the Dominican Monastery and Franciscan Monastery with its Pharmacy, one of the oldest in the world. (B,L,O)
Day 8, Wednesday - Mljet National Park, Croatia
Morning departure from Dubrovnik to Mljet Island with a stop for swimming on the way. Lunch on board. Arrival to the heart of Mljet National Park, where in the extreme northwestern part of the island is the submerged valley of Mljet Lakes. You will enjoy a beautiful walk all around the Great and the Small Lakes. (B,L,O)
Day 9, Thursday - Peljesac Peninsula and Hvar, Croatia
Morning departure from Mljet to Hvar. Stop for swimming and relaxing in one of the secluded coves of Peljesac peninsula (weather permitting). Lunch on board. Afternoon arrival to the town of Hvar, with unique cultural and historical heritage and an important tourist destination for centuries of tourism. Enjoy an orientation walking tour of Hvar, featuring views of the Fortress and Franciscan Monastery. The main attractions are its pleasant climate with a lot of sunshine, natural beauties, high standard of accommodation, excellent gastronomic offers, sports and recreational pportunities. (B,L,O)
Day 10, Friday - Milna / Split, Croatia
Morning departure from Hvar to Split, with a swimming and relaxing stop in Milna on Brac Island. Milna, which is built in a typically Mediterranean style with a baroque church finished in 1783, housing the most beautiful altar pala on the island Brac. (B,L,O)
Day 11, Saturday - Depart Split, Croatia
Disembarkation after breakfast. Transfer to Split airport for your fight home. (B)
